For the effects and purposes of the above Regulation, the CONTROLLER informs you that any data acquired through the website will be mainly processed by computerised means and procedures, for the following purposes:
Registration Data are required, and failure to provide all or part of the data expressly indicated as necessary to pursue the stated purposes will result in the impossibility for Ganimede® s.r.l. to answer your questions. The legal basis for the processing lies in art. 6 (1) (b) of Reg. 2016/679, that is, when processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
The data you provide may only be disclosed to employees of Ganimede® s.r.l. specifically authorised to process such data as persons in charge of the processing, and in any event, for the only purpose of completing activities you have requested. The persons in charge are bound by secrecy and confidentiality obligations, also based on an internal regulation on this subject. In any event, your data will never be disclosed to third parties.
The data you provide will be kept for the time indicated by the relevant laws and regulations.
The Data controller is Ganimede® s.r.l. - Via Umberto I, 77/A - 33097 Spilimbergo (Pn) Italy in the person of its personal representative. You may contact this latter to enforce your rights under articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 77 of Reg. 2016/679. Such rights may also be enforced vis-à-vis the Data Protection Officer, if this latter has been appointed by the Controller. The exercise of the above rights is subject to the limitations, rules and procedures laid down in the indicated Regulation, which you are bound to known and implement. In compliance with the provisions of article 12 (3), moreover, the Controller shall provide information to the data subject on action taken without undue delay and in any event within one month of receipt of the request. That period may be extended by two further months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of the requests. The controller shall inform the data subject of any such extension within one month of receipt of the request, together with the reasons for the delay.
