Home > Metodo Ganimede® > Storage
The always-full option allows taking advantage of the available volume under the diaphragm using a technique that moves the liquid by injecting inert gas. Once Ganimede® is filled up for storage, the bypasses must be closed and the inert gas must be injected under the diaphragm through a special valve.
The injected gas will raise the level of the wine until, after having pushed out all the air, it will reach the level set in the upper cover. This method allows protecting and preserving your wine in different ways, depending on your needs.
This is possible thanks to the simple design of the Ganimede®tanks. Since no mechanical parts are present they are easy to clean and suitable for use as storage tanks.
An EXCLUSIVE Ganimede® product designed for White and Rosé wines capable of enhancing aromas and reducing the use of sulphur dioxide in order to produce healthier wines!
