Metodo Ganimede lands in Malta Island
The Emmanuel Delicata Winery chose the Metodo Ganimede as technological investment with the aim to improve the quality level of their products starting from 2012 vintage.
Two vinificators of 30.000 liters of capacity and conical bottom has been installed and now they’re only waiting to be filled and exploited in order to obtain the maximum from the red and white maltese grapes.
The Metodo Ganimede was awaited in the Island, in fact the local newspaper “Times” has dedicated a detailed article to our technology with the title "State-of-the-art fermentation". We’re very proud of this welcome and now we’re waiting for the “made in Malta” wines to taste.
