The Association of the Italian Enologists and Metodo Ganimede.
The 10th of February 2014, at Bolla winery in Pedemonte, Verone, the Association of the Italian Enologists (western Veneto section), has organised in collaboration with our company an event with a hundred between winemakers and professionals of the wine industry.

"Ganimede, a technology for the valorisation of white and red wines which evolves and always gives the right answer."
This is the title of the event during which we had the opportunity to develop the argument “the red vinification and the white skin contact with the Metodo Ganimede technology”, by analysing all the possible applications in the winery. The technical and scientific presentations on the matters has been followed by a tasting of Italian and Spanish wines made with Metodo Ganimede system.
Following videos of two spanish winemakers, with English subtitles, who speak about their experiences with Metodo Ganimede system and who present their wines made with it. They represent two of the top quality spanish wineries.
The authors present their wines:
1. Macabeo 2013 white - Bodegas Iniesta, D.O. Manchuela, La Mancha, Spagna presented by Juan José Muñoz.
2. Oscar Tobia Reserve 2007 (90%Tempranillo 10% Graciano) - Bodegas Tobia, La Rioja, Spagna, presented by Diego Orío Saenz.

Very interesting also the speech of Isidro Rodriguez Ferrio, winemaker of the Coop. Winery "Virgen de las Viñas" of Tomelloso, La Mancha - Spain at Enoforum 2011, on his experience with Ganimede tanks of 200.000 liters. In the 2013 vintage, the winery processed 254.000 tonnes of grapes and for the next vintage they will have 24 Ganimede vinificators.
